Learner responsibilities

Support works through shared responsibility

The Academy will seek to:

  • Provide accurate course and participation information.
  • Communicate important requirements and deadlines.
  • Maintain appropriate learner-support channels.
  • Respond to legitimate concerns professionally.
  • Protect learner information according to approved controls.
  • Refer matters to the appropriate responsible person.

Learners are expected to:

  • Use official Academy communication channels.
  • Check notices, email and course information regularly.
  • Request assistance early rather than after deadlines.
  • Communicate respectfully and provide accurate information.
  • Protect passwords and account-access information.
  • Complete agreed actions following support assistance.
Protect your account: Never send your password through email, messaging applications or an ordinary support request. Academy personnel should not ask you to disclose your password.

Digital learning access

Learner accounts and course access

Secure learner accounts and course access will be issued only to learners who have completed the required admissions and enrolment controls. Login instructions will be communicated directly to enrolled learners.
